Im currently lying in bed wide awake at 4am wondering why the hell I adrenaline blackjack tournament sleep.At 6pm I started a tournament that I managed to get quite far in and played for 5 hours.

Thanks for this reply unfortunately I cant use weed Im 60 days off the stuff after 14 years of heavy usage so that options off the table haha I guess more volume and experience will help me and I do meditate but will need to step it up a little bit, I'm sure if I could control my mind a little bit better I might be able to control the adrenaline over time.

Off to the gym it is haha I think my mental game is quite strong I learnt a lot from Jared Tenders mental game of poker.
I just dont think I have been deep in MTTs enough to have developed that composure when I am in flip situations or when there is big money at stake.
I meditate and go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week there is not much else I can do except get that experience Yes you get somewhat used to it and the threshold gets higher.
Once you play a bunch of times for a grand or two, then it doesn't rush you like it used to which is actually good because it is easier to execute when you are not nervous as fuckbut then when you are all of a sudden playing for 5-8k it adrenaline blackjack tournament a new threshold where I'm nervous again.
